Initials windowThere are two Initials windows, one for personal contacts, and the other for organizational contacts. An Initials window is for filtering contacts by initial. If you prefer listing contacts by displaying surname in front, e.g. "Smiths, Andy", the Initials window will show initials of surnames. To give you comprehensive pictures of contacts' names, the window shows only initials of existing names. To change the settings of display personal name, please go to the Options window, click on tab "View", and check "Sort by surname when listing people". After this step, run command [Main menu->Tools->Refresh Initials by Surname]. |
